Acquisition of Field Service Representatives in Support of Kuwait Air Force

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 to The Boeing Company, using authority FAR subpart 6.302-4, international agreement. NAVAIR procured the services of field service representatives (FSRs) in support of the Kuwait Air Force. This Delivery Order was procured noncompetitively pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(4).
