Two new 5000 lb capacity electric forklifts with the following specifications: 48 volt, 4 wheel, driver seated, indoor/outdoor solid pneumatic treaded tires. The forklifts shall have the following: seat belt, parking brake, overhead guard, horn, tilt steering column, load backrest, automatic fork leveling, backup buzzer/chime, manually spreadable and tiltable forks.
