5821 - Performance Based Logistics support of 23 DLS MIDS JTRS components

This pre-solicitation notice is for the anticipated Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) Performance Based Logistics contract to support the 23 components overseen by Data Link Solutions (See Attachment A for list of items).
