Deionized Water Equipment Rental Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK (This is for information only) PURPOSE Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Deionized Water Equipment services at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKCVAHCS).
