Solicitation Amendment #1 The reason for this solicitation amendment is to respond to industry questions and clarify (2) matters in the Salient Characteristics and Installation Instructions: Question 1: Should we include "pinning" with metal rods on the bottom granite and drilled holes in the foundation to give better stability?
