Portsmouth Naval Shipyard has assigned additional Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) under the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard C.R. Gilbert/E.F. Dickson (HX) Fastener Program to offerors whose proposals complied with the Technical and Past Performance factors of solicitation N3904023R0004.
