Synopsis

This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 3,529 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 3,069 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 3 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the USDA – FSA and NRCS. The lease has been awarded to the WYBOO PROPERTIES, LLC in MANNING, SC.

Commencing 10/01/2024 through 09/30/2034, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $76,570.89 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $6,380.91 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $$22,620.89 annually and an operating rent of $53,950.00. The lease terms are set at 10 years/5 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after 10/01/2029 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
