The Contractor shall provide mobile telephone services to the Embassy and Consulates of the United States of America throughout Australia. The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed.
Temporary Additional Services are defined as SIM only mobile voice and data services on a monthly basis. These services shall support special events at the Post. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy Canberra will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The requirement is for mobile telecommunication services for Embassy and Consulates of the United States of America in Australia. This contract will include a one-year base period, followed by four (4) optional 12-month periods. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery, Definite-Quantity Contract.
