Incident Support Multipurpose Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV): Purpose of the Amendment: : The purpose of Amendment 005 is to conduct the 2025 annual review of previously established Blanket Purchase Agreements and to reopen the solicitation allowing new Vendors to submit quotes. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV) in order to implement multiple Incident-Blanket Purchase Agreements (I-BPA) for use on a local, Regional and Nationwide fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. OHV is a general category which includes, All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV), Multipurpose Off-Highway Utility Vehicles (MOHUV), and Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROV).
