This is a NATIONWIDE agreement to include all 50 states.

Portable Toilets and Handwashing: Purpose of the Amendment: : The purpose of Amendment 006 is to conduct the 2025 annual review of previously established Blanket Purchase Agreements and to reopen the solicitation allowing new companies to submit quotes. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for the Supply & Service of portable toilets and handwashing stations, in order to implement a multiple I-BPA (Incident-Blanket Purchase Agreement). This multiple I-BPA  will be for Local, Regional, and National fire suppresion and all-hazard incidents.

Set Aside: 100% small business set-aside.

Provide quote by 1400 hours, Central Standard Time on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022.

Submit a quote by sending an email to sm.fs.woaims@usda.gov. You must have the solicitation number, 1202RZ22Q0002, in the subject line of the email. (See E.1 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror in Section E). All supporting document shall be submitted in a single .pdf file as an attachment to the submission email. Faxed quotes will not be accepted.
